After a flury of text messages back and forth between MBG and Goatboy and after a few back and forths over on the Wrecking Crew forums I believe this list is as good as it is going to be. This list dominates any Necron build I have seen so far and will be easy to make up to compete in the meta in your area.

Building a better mouse trap - 2k Draigo Beats
The list below is 2010 points. I am torn between cutting one of the dreads and sticking with the original Venerable that was in the list over on MBG's blog, taking one of the assault cannons off of the razorbacks and leaving it a heavy bolter or taking the Paladins from being completely complex to 'mostly' complex.

1750 Tournament Report - Imperial Guard
I was fortunate enough to attend a 1750 point tournament this past Sunday at Gigabytes Café in Marietta GA. It is one of the best game stores that the Atlanta area has to offer. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have a full blown restaurant quality kitchen right in the store.

Necrons - My First List!
This is my first attempt at creating a list. I think it is important to get some ideas flowing after an initial read. I haven't spent too much time with the codex yet so I fully expect this list to evolve a bit in the next week or two.

Back from Adepticon 2011
I have some good news to report from Adepticon 2011.
My buds and I won the National Team Tournament. Team: I'm a Bear... Put Your Head in my Mouth.
Paul Murphy - Captain
Kenny Boucher
Rob Baer - from Spikey Bits
Joss Ginn
We ran Blood Angels.
It was so nice being able to play BAs on a competitive level again.
We ran 'big baals' blood angels where 3 of our 4 lists took one of the major special characters. The 4th list used a standard librarian with a jump pack. This was to ensure that we weren't left flat footed versus enemy psychers in the final round where we would be able to pick our team matchup.
More details to follow.. I promise. I just wanted to give a quick update and give some serious appreciation to my teammates who had to endure me mother hening them for the last several months.
We picked up some serious loot too.
